Tag Rugby Camp at Farlington

The start of 2024 saw a brand-new sports camp take place at Farlington. Our first ever Tag Rugby Camp was held over three days, on January 2nd, 3rd and 4th, and was open to boys and girls from Years 3 - 8 from all local schools, who wanted to learn more about this fast-paced, fun and exciting, non-contact sport. 

Led by PE teacher Mr Cruz, the camp focused on all aspects of the game, including fitness, agility and general rugby etiquette. As we move into the new term, Tag Rugby training and fixtures will be included on the sports timetable for some of our students, so these training days have been a great way for the children to prepare for the term ahead.

 A brilliant few days were enjoyed by all of the children who attended - we look forward to welcoming more students to the next one, watch this space!
