EXTERNAL EXAMINATIONS

We are delighted to be able to accept a limited number of applications from external candidates to sit GCSE, international GCSE (iGCSE) and A-Levels at Farlington Exam Centre.

Please find details below of the examinations available at Farlington Exam Centre, subject to capacity. We are registered with AQA, Eduqas, Pearson Edexcel, and OCR. If the code and specification you wish to be entered for is not shown on the pages below, please use the 'other' section of the form, noting which board and specification you wish us to consider.

Kindly note that we do not accept candidates younger than the equivalent of Year 10.

The standard entry fee will be £290 per subject (excluding Modern Foreign Languages), with a deadline of 4pm on Monday 15th February 2027.

After this deadline, we will still consider late applications with an entry fee of £580 per subject (£740 for Modern Foreign Languages), up to and including Friday 19th March 2027.

A very late fee of £870 (£1,110 for Modern Foreign Languages) will be applied from Saturday 20th March 2027.

Unfortunately we cannot accept external candidates for GCSE level courses with a Non-Examined Assessment (NEA) component.

A very late fee of £1,110 will be applied from Saturday 20th March 2027.

* For A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics applications, candidates will only be able to sit the WRITTEN papers at Farlington Exam Centre, providing they can show us a statement of results and/or an official certificate confirming a practical endorsement PASS from a previous exam series, which can be carried forward.
