SCHOLARSHIPS 

Farlington School offers Scholarships in the fields of Academic, Art, Dance, Design & Technology, Drama, Equestrian, Music and Sport. These Scholarships offer talented students the opportunity to flourish, and to contribute to and benefit from Farlington’s ethos and life at the school. 

Our Scholarships are applied for entry at Year 7 (11+), Year 9 (13+) and Year 12 (16+). 

We also offer a Vive Scholarship for those students who are able to demonstrate excellence in more than one field, including academics. Vive Scholars are expected to be at a level where they would be offered an Academic Scholarship and at least one other Scholarship in another field (at Sixth Form, two areas would likely be expected). These awards are highly prized and offered sparingly.

KEY DATES 2026

Year 7 (11+) Scholarships

The closing date for 11+ Scholarship applications is Friday 12th December 2025. Scholarship assessments will be held on Friday 16th January 2026. Results will be communicated to applicants by Friday 6th February 2026. We will ask you to confirm your acceptance of a Scholarship in writing as soon as possible, and by no later than Friday 20th February 2026.

Year 9 (13+) Scholarships

The closing date for 13+ Scholarship applications is Friday 9th January 2026. Scholarship assessments will be held on Friday 30th January 2026. Results will be communicated to applicants by Thursday 26th February 2026. We will ask you to confirm your acceptance of a Scholarship in writing as soon as possible, and by no later than Friday 13th March 2026.

Year 12 (16+) Scholarships

Please note that applications for 16+ Scholarships are accepted and assessed on an individual basis.
